STEP 1- wash face very well and massage facial lines with finger or roller for 10 seconds to stimulate circulation.  If you use a moisturizer MAKE SURE you allow it to completely absorb before applying facial patches.

STEP 2- Moisten the shiny side of patch with water using spray bottle.  Let it absorb into the patch until it becomes tacky.

STEP 3- Using two fingers of one hand, smooth skin while pressing the patch with fingers of your other hand.  Make sure there are no creases under the patch. 

STEP 5- Hold in place until patch adheres. Apply more patches MAKING SURE each patch overlaps each other. Also make sure you cover the ENTIRE forehead.  Its best to make sure the cast you apply is larger than the crease both width and height. 

STEP 6- Once your cast is complete, mist with water and press firmly with your hand to make sure it adheres.  If you have a face roller I HIGHLY recommend using it to smooth out and adhere the patch to skin.  All my clients who have had remarkable improvements used a roller! Once done, Grab a hand towel and press firmly down. 

STEP 7- To remove, thoroughly soak patches to release adhesive. You should wet it enough that it feels fairly easy to remove!
